Sugarless Dehydrated Jackfruit Pulps

The present utility model relates to sugarless dehydrated jackfruit pulps. The sweetener utilized in the present embodiment consists of jackfruit puree cooked together with the jackfruit pulps for eight, sixteen and twenty four hours. Dehydration was achieved thru the use of mechanical drier set at seventy degree Celsius for seven to nine hours.
