The second block (11) is produced by depositing on one or both sides of the fiber sheets a suspension of graphene nanoplatelets in a polymeric mixture, with controlled penetration of the nanoplatelets into the respective fiber sheets. Then a plurality of dry fiber sheets sprayed with the suspension of graphene nanoplatelets is superimposed. Thus, a lay-up of the first, second and third block is made, and unpolymerized thermosetting synthetic resin is infused into the lay-up thus obtained. Finally, the thermosetting resin is polymerized.
