The double rotation arm holds a stabilizing part that ensures, by means of a grooved superimposed plate and fixing rods, to maintain the rotation of the earth on itself on an axis of 23 degrees with respect to the vertical and in a stable position in the orientation north-south, stabilizing the moon's turn on itself. By moving the grooved plate along the axis of the earth, an elliptical orbit of the moon is drawn around the earth and the elliptical orbits of the earth and the moon around the sun are maintained in the same horizontal plane of the sun along its trajectory.
