A method in a user equipment for a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving a planning grant from an access node, in which the planning grant includes a bandwidth allocation for the user equipment during a planning interval comprising two or more time lapses, and a frequency hopping pattern for said user equipment throughout the time lapses of said planning interval, in which there is a dependency between the bandwidth allocated for the planned mobile terminal, measured in number of resource blocks, and the skip pattern; and transmitting an uplink transmission in the planning interval according to the information received by said planning grant.
