Procedure to produce aromatic products and olefinic products of high added value from a fraction of petroleum containing aromatic compounds

Process for producing aromatic products and olefinic products from a petroleum fraction containing an aromatic compound, comprising the steps of: (a) hydroprocessing a petroleum fraction containing an aromatic compound in the presence of a catalyst to partially saturate the components in the oil fraction; (b) performing the fluidized catalytic cracking of the partially saturated components in step (a) using a fluidized bed reactor with catalyst circulation capable of continuously regenerating an inactivated catalyst in the presence of a cracking catalyst, which is a spherical catalyst that comprises an amorphous solid acid including silica and alumina or comprising a molecular sieve of crystalline zeolite having a silica / alumina molar ratio of 300 or less and a pore size of 4~10Å (Angstrom); (c) separating the cracked components in step (b) into (i) benzene, toluene, xylene and aromatic components of 9 or more carbon atoms, (ii) olefin components and (iii) a residual petroleum fraction; and (d) carrying out the transalkylation of benzene, toluene and aromatic components of 9 or more carbon atoms separated in step (c).
