The present invention relates to a method that allows different high-added-value compounds (proteins, lipids, pigments and carbohydrates) to be recovered from wet biomass by means of successive extractions with pressurised subcritical water, with ethanol expanded with subcritical or supercritical CO2 and, lastly, with supercritical CO2.
