A plant (1) for the production of energy based on the organic Rankine (ORC) cycle, characterized in that it comprises a first ORC system (10) that includes a first operating organic fluid that circulates, in sequence, between a first evaporator ( 11) in conditions of heat exchange with a heat source (2), a first expansion stage (12) in a turbine operatively connected to a generator (4), a first evaporator / condenser (13) and a first pump ( 14) to make said first organic operating fluid recirculate towards said first evaporator (11); said turbine being a partializable turbine and comprising means for partialising the incoming flow rate of said organic operating fluid, said means being able to partialize said incoming flow rate to keep the revolutions per minute of said turbine constant, said means comprising for partialising the incoming flow rate of said organic operating fluids a hydraulic device actuated by the organic operating fluid.
