An amphiphilic polymer based on hyaluronic acid in which the main chain is hyaluronic acid and a secondary chain is lysine-lipoyl methyl ester, the side chain having a structural formula as follows: ** Formula ** hyaluronic acid has 5 weight molecular weight from 7 to 500 kDa; the degree of substitution of the side chain is from 5 to 40%.
