A composition comprising: a polymer obtained by polymerizing a compound and optionally at least one additional polymerization monomer, wherein the compound is represented by: wherein R1 is H or alkyl, or comprises an amino acid residue; wherein R2 and R3 are individually H or alkyl; wherein R4 comprises a polymerizable vinyl group; and wherein X is an optional electron donor group attached to the benzene ring at position 4, 5 or 6.
