The prosthesis, preferably constituted in titanium or an alloy of said material, comprises an arched stem (1), an anchoring fork (2) by simple pressure on the handle of the hammer, and a base (3) at the opposite end, with a progressive increase in thickness and as a prolongation of the arched stem (1) itself, to establish a widening of the contact surface with the perilinfa of the vestibule or oval window of the ear, the stem (1) being arched to save the eccentric position of the position of the handle (8) of the hammer (7) on which the prosthesis itself is anchored through the fork (2).
