A linear precoding procedure to reduce the effect of quantification noise, the method comprising: generating an autocorrelation matrix from codebook vectors of a predefined codebook; and obtain weighting vectors for feedback from the autocorrelation matrix for beam shaping based on codebook; and provide quantified channel feedback in the form of a weighting matrix comprising the weighting vectors.
