In vitro method for diagnosing and / or predicting the relapse or absence of relapse of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) in a subject, comprising the steps of: a) determining from a biological sample of a subject the level of expression of at least two biomarkers selected from the group consisting of desmoplakine, activating protein 1 of Rho GTPase, epiplaquine, glucose-6-phosphate 1-dehydrogenase, isocitrate dehydrogenase [NADP], keratin type I cytoskeleton 19, keratin type I cytoskeleton 8, protein 3 related to dihydropyrimidinase and thrombospondin-1, wherein one of said two biomarkers is desmoplakin; and b) comparing said level of expression with a reference expression level of said biomarkers.
