A multiple method for simultaneously detecting the CD79a protein, TP53 genomic DNA and centromere DNA of chromosome 17 in a sample on a single slide, said method comprising: staining the CD79a protein by contacting the sample with a specific antibody of CD79a protein and putting in contact with the sample with a first chromogenic component for the CD79a protein-specific antibody, the first chromogenic component is adapted to emit or make visible a first color, wherein the presence of the first color indicates the presence of the CD79a protein; and staining the genomic DNA of TP53 and staining the centromeric DNA of chromosome 17 by contacting the sample with a specific nucleic acid probe of TP53 genomic DNA, and with a specific nucleic acid probe of the centromeric DNA of chromosome 17, and contacting the sample with a second chromogen component for the specific nucleic acid probe of TP53 genomic DNA and with a third chromogenic component for the specific nucleic acid probe of centromeric DNA of chromosome 17, the second chromogenic component is adapted to emit or make a second color visible and the third chromogenic component is adapted to emit or make visible a third color, in which the presence of the second color indicates the presence of TP53 genomic DNA and the presence of the third color indicates the presence of centromeric DNA of chromosome 17
