Composition for the treatment of an ocular state, comprising an M3 acetylcholine muscarinic receptor agonist, and oxymetazoline, and optionally a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID) having selectivity for COX-2; in which the ocular state is presbyopia, mild farsightedness, irregular astigmatism or accommodative strabismus by farsightedness.
