The invention relates to a hairstyling accessory (6) for hair shaping. The hairstyling accessory is used for connecting an air outlet (3) of a hairstyling appliance (1) that blows a flow of air. The hairstyling accessory (6) comprises a hollow body (7) equipped with an end portion (8) configured to connect the air outlet (3), and also includes two hollow branches (9, 10) which extend the hollow body (7) by through bifurcation and each of the two hollow branches includes at least one opening (11) which is configured to discharge the blown air in a direction inclined at an angle of between 30 DEG and 80 DEG with respect to a plane P which passes through the two branches (9, 10). The branches are configured such that the ends (12, 13) of the branches have an interval E between each other which allows passage of the hair. The invention also relates to a hairstyling device (1) equipped with a blow air flow of such a hairstyling accessory (6).
