The invention relates to a weapon-ejecting device (10). The weapon-ejecting device comprises a weapon tube (20) and at least one elongate elastomer (30), wherein the at least one elongate elastomer is used to eject a weapon (40) from the weapon tube. The at least one elongate elastomer is stretched exlusively linearly. The weapon tube (20) has an acceleration distance. During the ejection of a weapon, the weapon is accelerated over the acceleration distance. An inner tube (50) is accelerated over a first part of the acceleration distance and a weapon-accelerating device (60) is accelerated over a second part.
