The invention relates to a fibrous blank (100) woven in one piece by three-dimensional weaving for producing a closed box platform for a turbomachine fan of composite material. In each plane of the fibrous blank, a set of warp yarns interlocks the weft yarn layers of the first (102), second (104), and third (106) portions of the fiber blank. while providing a closed delimitation (108) separating the first portion of the second portion over a portion of the dimension of the fibrous blank in a warp direction between an upstream boundary (108a) and a downstream delimiting boundary (108b), and minus an open debonding (110) separating the second portion of the third portion over a portion of the size of the fibrous blank in a warp direction from a debonding boundary (110a) to a downstream edge (100c) of the fibrous blank. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a closed box platform preform for a turbomachine fan of composite material from such a fiber blank.
