A carbon crystal anti-icing method, comprising printing nanosizedconductive carbon crystals onto a carrier, preparing a thin carbon crystalelectric heating plate with two electrodes by means of curing and hot-pressingtechnologies, laying the carbon crystal electric heating plate on a surfacelayeror a secondary surface layer of a blade to form a heating layer (5), dividingtheheating layer (5) into a plurality of heating regions, and controllingtemperatureraising on each heating region by using a heating controller via on-linetemperature monitoring, to keep temperature of an outer surface of theanti-icing heating region higher than and approximate to 0 degree Celsius. Theheating controller can control the heating regions to work simultaneously oralternately, to perform automatic ice prevention or ice melting. Furtherdisclosed is a wind driven generator anti-icing system employing the method.A carbon crystal electric heating plate is used as an electric heatingmaterial ofan anti-icing blade, so that a manufacturing technology of the anti-icingsystemis simple, anti-icing heating is uniform, and the structure strength of thebladeis also enhanced; meanwhile, an on-line temperature monitoring closed-loopcontrol is performed, so that the operation of the anti-icing system isstable,safe, and energy-saving.
