A system and method for improving efficiency and increasing utilization ofenergy available to aload or circuit provided by a steady electric current and utilizing anelectrostatic storage devise, byutilizing an electric current and a switching electrostatic storage device andor capacitor. The forceexerted by the electric currents electric field causing the storage device andor capacitor to try andreach an equilibrium with the electric current voltage, causing charges in thecircuit to migratethrough the circuit and preform work. Then by switching the orientation of theswitching storagedevice in the circuit 180 degrees will cause a voltage increase in thecircuit, as a dischargecommences through a load an increase in negative potential in the switchingstorage device and orcapacitor will occur, this potential can be utilized through switching,causing an increased potentialor voltage when recombined with the electric current.
