SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RATING ASSET OWNER GOVERNANCE

Methods and systems for rating fiduciaries that govern assets. Governancevariables relating togoverning the assets that the impact performance of the assets are collected.Control variablesthat also impact the performance are assigned. A collection of actual testvalues are compiled forthe governance variables, the control variables, and the performance for testassets within theassets. A weight factor indicating the impacts on the performance by each ofthe governancevariables and the control variables is assigned. A rating model incorporatingthe governancevariables and the control variables and each respective weight factor isconstructed. Actual assetvalues for the governance variables and the control variables for a givenasset within the assetsare collected. A given fiduciary within the fiduciaries that governs the givenasset is rated usingthe rating model with the actual asset values collected.
