STRAW AND BAMBOO WOVEN COMPOSITE PIPE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A straw and bamboo woven composite pipe and a manufacturing method thereof.Thecomposite pipe comprises, along a pipe radial direction and from the centeroutward: aliner layer (1), a reinforced layer, and an outer protective layer (4). Thereinforced layercomprises bamboo fiber reinforced layer (2) and straw reinforced layer (3).The methodcomprises the following steps: manufacturing using a bamboo material toacquire abamboo strip roll; cutting, along a stem direction, the stem part of a strawinto strawstrips, degumming and drying the same, and arranging the straw strips inparallel to eachother to manufacture and acquire a straw roll; producing, using a fabric andan adhesive,the lining layer (1); unrolling the bamboo strip roll, then weaving the sameinto the lininglayer (1), and then simultaneously feeding an adhesive to manufacture thebamboo fiberreinforced layer (2); unrolling the straw roll, then weaving the same into thebamboo fiberreinforced layer (2), and simultaneously feeding the adhesive to manufacturethe strawreinforced layer (3); and spray coating on the straw reinforced layer (3)using anantiseptic and waterproof material to form the outer protective layer (4). Thecompositepipe comprises straws, and can significantly increase production andprocessingefficiency, reducing production costs, decreasing the weight of the pipematerials, endfacilitating transportation thereof.
