An Internet-based system for helping building management team members insignificantways: (i) predicting and forecasting when excessive snow load conditionspresent serious risks toa building's structure; (ii) receiving automatic notifications when snow loadconditions aredeveloping at specific regions on a building rooftop to warrant interventionand automatedmitigation through the use of VR-guided snow removing robot systems; (iii)collecting variousforms of intelligence about conditions developing on and about a buildingrooftop and storingsuch information with annotations for use in supporting intelligent decisionmaking processes;(iv) quickly, efficiently and safely removing dangerous risk-presenting snowload conditions ona building rooftop while minimizing risk to human workers and increasingbuilding operatingefficiency; and (v) automatically removing excessive snow load conditions atspecified regionson a building's rooftop.
