The present invention discloses a TRC folded assemble-type permanent formworkand amanufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of reinforcedconcrete buildingconstruction. The assemble-type permanent formwork comprises a woven fabricnet, FRP rib hooks,and a plurality of molds; the plurality of molds are arranged and fixed on thewoven fabric net in aspaced manner, the distance between the plurality of the molds is the distancethat makes the molds befolded to a right angle with respect to each other, each mold is filled withhigh-performance fineconcrete for reinforcing the woven fabric net, and the woven fabric net ispresented as a continuouswhole piece without interruption when the modes are assembled into a permanentformwork, whichcan fully exert the hoop effect; the woven fabric net and the FRP rib hookswork together at theconnections, which can ensure strength and durability of the connections; theTRC foldedassemble-type permanent formworks can be arbitrarily assembled into beam,board, column formworkas required in construction site, and the bonding property of cast-in-placeconcrete and the formworkscan be improved by the grooves in the inner surfaces of the formworks. Theformwork can be foldedin storage, is flexible and versatile, simple to manufacture and convenient touse, and can bemanipulated easily.
