Disclosed is a tubular column for drill-free and catch-free integrated well cementing and well completion, the tubular column comprising a casing tubular column, and a setting tool string tubular column mounted in the casing tubular column and having a lower section thereof closed. The casing tubular column comprises an on/off-type cementing device (6), an external packer (8) and an inner seal short joint (9) connected in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the external packer is provided with a pressure transmitting hole. The setting tool string tubular column comprises an outer seal short joint (5), a bumping base (7) and an inner sealing device (11) connected in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the outer seal short joint is provided with an overflowing hole (17), the overflowing hole is located between the on/off-type cementing device and the inner seal short joint, the on/off-type cementing device and the outer seal short joint are sealed relative to each other, the inner seal short joint and the inner sealing device are sealed relative to each other, and an anchoring mechanism for releasing a grip is provided between the on/off-type cementing device and the outer seal short joint. Moreover, a method of drill-free and catch-free integrated well cementing and well completion is disclosed.
