The invention relates to a highly self-tapping dental implant system with a hybrid connection of the type combining a cone and slots, which allows high insertion (or removal) torque and parallel double cone locking between the implant, prosthetic post and internal screw, including in an embodiment with a 3.0 mm diameter, and which provides the assembly with high primary and secondary stability, optimal leaktightness as a result of the double sealing of the cones, and predictable fixation of the dental prosthesis to the implant in the long term.
