A single-frequency line-based millimeter wave dual-band Doherty power amplifier, comprising: a dual-band power splitter (110), a main amplifier dual-band input matching network (120), an auxiliary amplifier dual-band input matching network (130), a main amplifier tube (140), an auxiliary amplifier tube (150), a main amplifier dual-band output matching network (160), an auxiliary amplifier dual-band output matching network (170), and a dual-band post-matching network (180), wherein the dual-band power splitter (110) is connected to the main amplifier dual-band input matching network (120) by means of a first single-frequency transmission line (1) having a first preset length, the main amplifier dual-band output matching network (160) is connected to the dual-band post-matching network (180) by means of a second single-frequency transmission line (2) having a second preset length, and the auxiliary amplifier dual-band output matching network (170) is connected to the dual-band post-matching network (180) by means a third single-frequency transmission line (3) having a third preset length. The power amplifier uses regular single-frequency transmission lines to achieve a dual-band phase shift function, which overcomes the problems for conventional dual-band transmission lines in a millimeter wave frequency band, such as large size, high loss, and narrow bandwidth, and which may greatly improve the performance of dual-band phase shift lines.
