Provided is a fluidized bed with additional turbulent flow regulating and controlling particles at a uniform turbulence level, wherein same belongs to mineral separation devices. The device comprises a column floating area (3), an ore concentrate overflow groove (1) above the column floating area (3), and a middling ore circulation port (5) outside the column floating area (3); a gas-liquid mixing area (14) is provided below the column floating area (3); a fluidized bed mineralizing and floating area is provided between the column floating area (3) and a fluidized bed mineralizing and floating area (9); the fluidized bed mineralizing and floating area (9) is provided with a mineralizing area 1, a mineralizing area 2,..., and a mineralizing area n; and the mineralizing area 1, the mineralizing area 2,..., and the mineralizing area n are filled with turbulent flow regulating and controlling particles (7). Completely separating mineralization from floating is different from the current mineralizing-floating integration; the mineralizing time can be achieved by means of adjusting the number of mineralizing area sections of the fluidized bed mineralizing and floating area, and accordingly, the usage efficiency of kinetic energy is very high; the energy dissipation rate is high, the balance of the bubble size and the stable retention of high-pressure gas are ensured, and the floating recovery rate is improved; and upper, middle and lower mineralizing fluidized bed layers are set to be at different turbulence levels, and the mineralizing efficiency is high.
