The method for automatically playing information during teeth-brushing comprises the following steps: a, a teeth-brushing monitoring apparatus (130) and a mobile terminal device (200) establishing a communication connection; b, the teeth-brushing monitoring apparatus (130) detecting user action behaviour; c, determining whether the detected action behaviour is teeth-brushing action behaviour, and if yes, detecting whether the mobile terminal device (200) or the teeth-brushing monitoring apparatus (130) receives information; d, if yes, a voice player (133) automatically playing the received information.
