[Solution] This centralized monitoring apparatus monitors a mixing system provided with: at least one storage tank; at least one feeder; a material mixing device; and a monitoring control unit which supplies raw materials stored in the storage tank to the material mixing device by means of the feeder on the basis of a set control value, can perform a mixing control by which the supplied raw materials are mixed by the material mixing device, and collects operation data that is data about the operation state of each component in the mixing control. The centralized monitoring apparatus is provided with: an operation data acquiring unit which acquires the operation data from the monitoring control unit; and a monitoring screen data generating unit which generates a diagram image (61), in which the operation state corresponding to the operation data is displayed on a diagram of the mixing system so as to be identifiable at positions corresponding to each piece of the acquired operation data, and generates monitoring screen data for displaying a monitoring screen (6) in which the diagram image (61) can be displayed.
