The invention relates to a system developed for the toilet lower and upper covers for providing slow closure for said covers and to the toilet lower and upper covers having such system. The parts of the slow closure system according to the invention can be seen in Figures 1 and 11. The slow closure system comprises at least one main body (4), at least one rotor (2) to be positioned within the main body (4) and at least one sweeper flap (3) to be positioned on said rotor (2).
