The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for adjusting the pointing direction of a microphone array. The method comprises: receiving multiple voice signals by means of a microphone array, the multiple voice signals being in one-to-one correspondence with multiple microphones in the microphone array; performing correlation analysis on at least two voice signals in the multiple voice signals; determining the sound source incident angle of the sound source to the microphone array according to the correlation analysis result and the difference of the propagation distances of the at least two voice signals; adjusting the direction of the main lobe of the microphone array according to the sound source incident angle, such that the main lobe points to the direction of the sound incident angle, so as to ensure the signal quality of the output call voice.
