Provided are a transgenic invertebrate model of Alzheimer's disease and a method for screening a therapeutic agent for Alzheimer's disease using the same. A transgenic invertebrate which has a gene transferred thereinto, said gene encoding an enzyme participating in the production of a ganglioside, and expresses the ganglioside.
