ANTIBACTERIAL ANTI-MITE PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR DOWN FABRIC

Disclosed is an antibacterial anti-mite production process for a down fabric. The down fabric is formed by knitting warps and wefts. The process comprises: horizontally washing a semi-finished fabric, drying, mercerizing, horizontally washing, dyeing and drying; adjusting the pH value, and sizing and adjusting by means of a finishing agent. The finishing agent comprises an antibacterial agent and an anti-mite agent at the ratio in parts by weight of (20-30):(12-18); the antibacterial agent is prepared from artemisia vulgaris, honeysuckle, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, carboxymethylcellulose, and methylisothiazolinone; and the anti-mite agent is prepared from sodium hypophosphite, zinc pyrithione and nano-silver. The antibacterial anti-mite production process for the down fabric is simple in process and convenient to produce; by adding the antibacterial agent and the anti-mite agent for washing, the antibacterial anti-mite capacity of the fabric is greatly strengthened, so that the fabric does not breed bacteria or mites after long-term use, and thus is safer in use.
