Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are an electricity sales projection method, device, and computer storage medium. The method comprises: preprocessing historical electricity sales data; decomposing, by means of an X13 seasonal adjustment algorithm, a preprocessed electricity sales sequence into a trend component, a seasonal component, and a random component; employing, according to an influence factor and curve characteristic of each of the sub-sequences, projection algorithms to perform projection, wherein multiple algorithms are employed to perform the projection to ensure projection accuracy and robustness of the trend component; and summing and reconstructing projection results of the sub-sequences to obtain electricity sales projection results, and selecting, from the multiple projection results, a projection result having the best performance.
