The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate production by extrusion molding. This flexible tube (2) for medical use comprises: an oblong, flexible tube main body (8) that comprises a single lumen (7) that passes in the longitudinal direction; and an oblong, flexible core material (9) that is inserted into the lumen (7) of the tube main body (8). The lumen (7) comprises: a center hole (10) that is in the center of the tube main body (8) in transverse cross-section; and a plurality of peripheral holes that are adjacent in the radial direction of the center hole (10) and at intervals in the circumferential direction and that communicate with the center hole (10) in the radial direction. The openings of the peripheral holes onto the center hole (10) are obstructed by the core material (9).
