The present invention relates to a device for changing the mouth/nose position of a nasobiliary drainage tube, the device comprising: a ring-type module inserted into the mouth in order to move the position of the nasobiliary drainage tube from the mouth to the nose; and a nose insertion tube which is drawn out of the mouth by the ring-type module while being inserted into the pharynx through the nose, and which is connected to the nasobiliary drainage tube, wherein the ring-type module comprises a snare-shaped ring portion inserted into the pharynx through the mouth and a ring handle connected to an end portion of the ring portion.
