An ultramicro power consumption wireless signal transmission device, comprising at least one control switch which generates at least one piece of predetermined instruction information after being connected to a power supply, and at least one burst unit. The control switch and the burst unit can be operatively connected together to receive, process, and transmit instruction information. After a corresponding wireless signal has been transmitted and before the control switch is reset and powered off, the burst unit controls a circuit to change into a power down mode so as to reduce the power consumption of the power supply.
