The present invention relates to a method for treating the wastewater of a biodiesel production process, and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising: introducing, to a buffer tank, wastewater of a biodiesel production process, from which oil components are removed, anaerobically treated water obtained by anaerobically treating the wastewater of a biodiesel production process, from which oil components are removed, and a finally treated water, which is obtained by aerobically treating the anaerobically treated water, and mixing the same; obtaining anaerobically treated water by retransferring the mixed treatment water to an anaerobic treatment tank and anaerobically treating the same; and obtaining aerobically treated water by transferring the same to an aeration tank and aerobically treating the same.
