Provided is a microphone array sound source positioning method and device. The method comprises: determining a horizontal axis around which a microphone array rotates as a reference axis (S101); performing calculation on a sound emitted by a sound source and collected by the microphone array, to obtain a first estimated sound source value indicating a sound source orientation in a three-dimensional space (S102); obtaining an inclination angle of a surface in which the microphone array rotates with respect to a horizontal plane in which the reference axis is located (S103); and calculating, according to the first estimated sound source value and the inclination angle, a second estimated sound source value on the horizontal plane corresponding to the first estimated sound source value, and using the second estimated sound source value as a determined sound source orientation (S104). A sound source direction in a horizontal plane corresponding to a sound source direction in a three-dimensional space is calculated when the microphone array is inclined, such that an error between a sound source orientation obtained when the microphone array is inclined and an actual sound source orientation is reduced, and the precision of sound source positioning and audio processing performance are improved.
