MAGNETIZATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING MAGNETIZED WATER FOR COAL MINE DOWNHOLE DUST SUPPRESSION

A magnetization device and method for preparing magnetized water for coal mine downhole dust suppression. The device is formed by connecting a plurality of magnetic cylinders (1) in parallel with connecting elbows (7) in a U-shaped arrangement, the magnetic cylinders (1) being composed of an external magnet (12), an internal magnet (13), a hollow pressure tube (15), spiral blades (16), a magnetic shield cover (14), a connecting steel column (18), a pressure tube (2), a closed nut (17), and a flange (3). The external magnets (12) and the internal magnets (13) are alternately arranged on a water flow spiral channel consisting of the hollow pressure tubes (15), the spiral blades (16), and the pressure tubes (2), creating a high-efficiency magnetization environment combining pulsating cutting magnetization with spiral turbulence, allowing for continuous and efficient magnetization of water flow for dust suppression, and increasing the turbulence and magnetic path of the water flow, avoiding the problem of nonuniform magnetization of water due to short contact time between water and a magnetic field. The device is intrinsically safe, easy to operate, has a small size and high magnetization efficiency, is suitable for placement in various locations in coal mine downholes and can effectively improve the wetting performance of water used in dust suppression.
