The relative position of the at least one contact point (32) on the workpiece support (30; 130) is subsequently determined (step c)). Finally, at least one risk area (28) on the cutting contour (17) of the one workpiece part (18) to be removed by cutting is determined (step d)), and then at least one initial cutting point (29) and/or at least one cutting free point (129) is determined for the cutting tool (21) along the cutting contour (17) of the workpiece part (18) to be removed by cutting.
