A method for producing core-material-containing clothing, including: a pushing step for pushing a fabric (2) up onto a conveyor device (1) from a wound state without relaxing or substantially relaxing the fabric (2); a core material coating step for applying a reactive hot-melt adhesive to the fabric (2) on the conveyor device (1) to form a core material (12); an adhesive coating step for applying a bonding hot-melt adhesive (13) for bonding the fabric (2); and a drying step for drying the applied bonding hot-melt adhesive (13); the method being characterized in that, in the core material coating step, nitrogen gas is mixed with the reactive hot-melt adhesive to cause foaming, and the reactive hot-melt adhesive is applied using an application device provided with a resin discharge part capable of moving in at least the two vertical and horizontal axial directions.
