LOW PRESSURE CASTING UNIT ALTERNATELY USING CRUCIBLE-TYPE HOLDING FURNACES

Disclosed is a low pressure casting unit alternately using crucible-type holding furnaces. The casting unit consists of a low pressure casting machine (1), a crucible-type holding furnace I (2), a crucible-type holding furnace II (3), a trolley transferring system (4), a holding furnace lifting system (5), a control system (6) and transverse-shift guide rails (9), wherein the holding furnace lifting system (5) is arranged at the bottom of the low pressure casting machine (1); the crucible-type holding furnace I (2) or the crucible-type holding furnace II (3) is lifted and lowered inside the low pressure casting machine (1) by means of the holding furnace lifting system (5) as desired, the transverse-shift guide rails (9) are arranged in front of the low pressure casting machine (1), and the trolley transferring system (4) moves on the transverse-shift guide rails (9).
