A system and method for managing sterilization information about a disinfection package of a hospital. The method comprises the steps of: receiving sterilization vehicle information, a sterilization pot number and sterilization person information selected from a monitoring terminal by a user, binding the sterilization vehicle information with information about a disinfection package to be sterilized, and acquiring a disinfection package label of the disinfection package to be sterilized (S11); according to the sterilization pot number, the sterilization vehicle information and the sterilization person information, automatically generating a sterilization pot serial number for the user to sterilize the disinfection package (S12); and generating sterilization qualification confirmation information and displaying same to the user for confirmation (S13). The method realizes the control over a sterilization process of a disinfection package, thereby facilitating the tracing of sterilization information.
