An internal heating steam-boosted engine, comprising an engine body (1), a preheating water circulation system (2), a high-pressure water injection pump (3), several spray nozzles (4) and a water spray control device (5), the water spray control device (5) being electrically connected to the high-pressure water injection pump (3), the several spray nozzles (4) being fixedly mounted on an inner wall of a combustion chamber of the engine body (1), a water inlet of the preheating water circulation system (2) being connected to a water outlet of the high-pressure water injection pump (3), a water outlet of the preheating water circulation system (2) being connected to the spray nozzles (4), the preheating water circulation system (2) being used for absorbing heat of a combustion chamber housing of the engine and heat of an exhaust pipe to heat water in the preheating water circulation system to a boil, by spraying the preheated boiled water into the combustion chamber of the engine body (1) and then heating the water mist by means of flames in the combustion chamber again, the water mist becoming high-temperature and high-pressure steam after being heated, thereby greatly increasing the gas volume in the combustion chamber, and in turn increasing the pressure in the combustion chamber. Said engine has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, low fuel consumption, low air pollution exhaust and long engine service life.
