A remotely monitorable smart and highly efficient user water supply system comprising: a smart water supply pump; a water volume collecting module electrically connected to the smart water supply pump and used for collecting pump water supply volume information of the smart water supply pump; a local communication device connected to the collecting device and to a communication network and used for transmitting the pump water supply volume information collected by the collecting device to the communication network; a remote monitoring center linked to the local communication device via the communication network and used for receiving and storing the pump water supply volume information via the communication network; and an external controller electrically connected to the water supply pump and to the local communication device, provided with a display, and used for external control of the smart water supply pump.
