The method comprises: after it is monitored that a system or an application program fails to write key data, determining whether the available space of a data partition is less than a pre-set value; if the available space of the data partition is less than the pre-set value, then cleaning files according to a pre-set strategy so as to make the available space of the data partition reach the pre-set value; and restarting the smart device.
