The present invention is a stopper structure for a pressure-resistant container, wherein the opening of a cylindrical metal container is stoppered with a metal stopper member. The stopper member has a stopper part. The stopper part comprises a first face, a second face on the side opposite the first face in the thickness direction, and a peripheral face part between the first face and second face, has the same shape as the opening, and is sized so as to be insertable into the opening. The stopper structure for the pressure-resistant container has: the stopper member inserted into the inside of the opening of the cylindrical container such that the second face faces the interior of the cylindrical container; an annular deformed part deformed such that the peripheral wall part on the opening side of the cylindrical container abuts on a first annular corner part that is located at the boundary between the first face of the stopper part of the stopper member and peripheral face part; and a welded part where the point of contact between the first annular corner part of the stopper part of the stopper member and the annular deformed part is welded from outside.
