The present invention relates to a treatment device using RF energy, a control method therefor, and a treatment method using RF, the device comprising: a main body; an RF generating unit provided in the main body and configured to generate RF energy; a handpiece held by a user and used, and configured to receive the RF energy and deliver the same to target tissue; a tip provided at an end of the handpiece and comprising a micro needle configured to be insertable into the target tissue; and a control unit configured to control the applied RF energy according to an electricity-conducting area of the micro needle. The RF treatment device comprising a micro needle, a control method therefor, and a treatment method using the same, according to the present invention, can apply the RF energy controlled according to an electricity-conducting area among parts in which the micro needle is inserted in tissue, thereby enabling tissue to be prevented from being damaged and treatment to be optimized.
