The invention discloses a radio frequency technology based intelligent bus stop alarm system, comprising: a radio frequency bus card, a first reader, a second reader, a third reader, a processor, a driver reminding module and a stop board electronic tag. The radio frequency bus card comprises: a bus card electronic tag, a coding and decoding chip, a touch screen and a voice alarm. According to the invention, bus stop alarm is given in forms of texts and voice at the same time according to specific demands of each passenger and whether there are passengers need to get off at current station or not is told to a driver. Therefore, convenience is made for the passengers and the driver at the same time.
